主要研究领域

酿酒工程系副主任,2023-2025年北京市青年托举人才,食品相关期刊青年编委、审稿人,主要从事食品风味分析、功能性成分评价相关科研工作。主持国家自然科学基金项目1项、校企合作项目5项。近五年,聚焦于酒类风味物质表达、功能性成分活性机制确证相关研究工作,在Journal of Agricultural and Food ChemistryFood ChemistryFood Reviews InternationalFood Research InternationalJournal of Functional Foods等食品领域期刊发表相关成果80余项,高被引论文2篇,热点论文2篇。
